A Digital Child Working Paper from our ‘Policy’ series
The purpose of this paper is to set out some general principles in respect of privacy law reforms proposed by the Australian Government in 2021. The paper also illustrates how these principles can shape a response to some of the issues raised in the ongoing reform process, where those issues have particular relevance to children.
